she/they
My name is Gabi (or sometimes Bysia) and I’m a fan of all storytelling media! Books, movies, series, games, tabletop, podcasts - anything that tells a story. I’m always keen to chat about these things or hear about your favourites. I’m constantly on the lookout for something new!
As if that didn’t keep me busy enough, I’m also a crafter. I sew, embroider, play music, crochet, knit, and paint miniatures! I’m always happy to share some DIY tips or learn something completely new.
I love meeting new people and hearing their perspectives on the world and the game. One of the best parts of any RPG is when the notes go out the window and we embark on an epic adventure together. Feel free to surprise me with your ideas anytime!
Looking forward to playing together ;3
How I conduct games
My games often revolve around roleplay and puzzles, whether it's cracking codes or determining if the NPC you're conversing with has good intentions. I enjoy when players devise wild plans and unconventional solutions, and I absolutely love those moments in games when someone delivers a five-minute monologue explaining why this one-in-a-million plan would actually work for them! (I have a soft spot for this; it succeeds 99% of the time.)
I enjoy incorporating music, playing with the idea that not everything is as it seems, and creating layers upon layers of conspiracy that run deep. Depending on the mood, this can take on darker tones or shift towards more light-hearted adventures with lower stakes.

What I love to hear from a player is...
"Alright, I have a wild idea but hear me out." Then they always proceed to describe something that’s a bit of a stretch, yet just close enough to make me chuckle and say, "you know what? Give it a go." And somehow, it always works! One of the mysteries of the universe, I suppose.
What players say about my games…
I think the positive feedback I hear most often (or basically every time I play with any group) is that my strongest suit is the music and the NPCs. I love engaging with the characters, giving them their own little stories and making them a very active part of the world. That, of course, doesn't mean they aren't a narrative device to help the players shine brightest - but I do enjoy the social interaction and social puzzles... as well as significant choices based on the NPCs you have come to love ;3
The villain I became too attached to…
There was this one bloke I wrote as completely redeemable, along with a tragic love story and everything needed for a proper dark romance. Unfortunately, even with this, my players decided that he had to go - or, as the quote went, "the evil twink must pay". I was sad for days afterwards. He still lives a bit rent-free in my head.
