Team building that feels like fun

Many team-building activities require participants to perform, compete, or engage in exercises that can feel uncomfortable. A tabletop RPG operates differently. Your team is presented with a shared scenario, a common goal, and the freedom to choose how to tackle it.

Some individuals naturally take the lead, while others observe, strategise, negotiate, ask questions, or devise an unexpectedly clever solution. There is space for various personalities without putting anyone on the spot.

The outcome is an activity that feels like a genuine game rather than just another workplace exercise. Your colleagues communicate and collaborate because they are eager to see what happens next.

2.

We pair you up

We locate a professional Game Master whose style, experience, and availability suit your group. We then tailor the adventure to your group, event, and preferences.

3.

Begin your adventure

Your Game Master will either come to your location or join you online with the story, characters, and game materials. Settle in, make your choices, and let the adventure begin.

We handle all the preparation, rules, characters, and game materials. The session can be tailored to suit your team’s experience, preferred tone, occasion, and objectives. Complete beginners are welcome, and no acting or gaming knowledge is necessary.

Depending on your preferences, you can select from one of our existing adventures, request minor adjustments, or ask us to craft a custom scenario based on your theme, organisation, or concept. We will discuss any additional preparation, options, and costs with you in advance.

Don't just take our word for it.
Here’s what our clients have to say:

Dayron is fantastic! From our very first session, he has helped a group of inexperienced beginners learn to love this form of storytelling. His ability to portray different characters really immerses us in the narrative. His understanding of the game mechanics is excellent and has assisted us all in learning the game. Overall, he is a wonderful person and feels like part of the family. I would recommend anyone interested in D&D or wanting to give it a go: Dayron is your man!

Paulo

What a fantastic session! Everything was spot on. Béranger adapted brilliantly to our beginner level. He provided information whenever needed without steering our story too much. He was very friendly and supportive. Everyone got involved and left with a wonderful memory of the experience.

This was our first session, but we're already all keen to do another one!

Laura

We really enjoyed playing D&D for the first time. Beforehand, Bowie provided us with plenty of information and answered our questions promptly. The game itself was very well organised, and he allowed everyone the space to do their own thing, experiment, ask questions, and play. There was a significant difference in experience within our group of two adults and two 13-year-olds, but everyone had their moment and we had a fantastic time. Thank you!

Sandra

A collective challenge that accommodates every personality

Tabletop roleplaying allows each participant to have their own character, abilities, information, and perspective. The group can only progress by sharing ideas and making decisions together.

This doesn’t mean everyone has to engage in the same way. A quieter colleague might notice an important clue. A strategic thinker can devise a plan. A creative teammate might come up with an option that no one else has considered. Someone who usually takes the lead may find that another person has the perfect idea.

The Game Master keeps the story flowing and ensures every player has the chance to contribute. This fosters a balanced experience where the most vocal participant doesn’t automatically dominate the entire activity.

Put your own spin on the adventure

Every team is unique, and sometimes the occasion calls for something a bit more tailored. If you have a theme, company milestone, inside joke, setting, or story idea in mind, we can adapt the session or create a custom adventure around it.

A team at a bank could engage in a high-stakes fantasy heist, while an arts organisation might play a story about struggling creators working together to reach the top. We can also incorporate familiar company references, departments, products, values, or details related to the occasion, as long as they fit naturally into the narrative.

Customisation can be as simple as tweaking the theme or adding a few personal touches, or as extensive as crafting a completely original scenario. More elaborate custom sessions require additional preparation, so we discuss the possibilities, timing, and pricing with you beforehand. You can also explore our D&D one-shot adventures to get an idea of the settings and stories we offer.

A single table or a larger team event

A tabletop RPG is most effective with around four to six players per Game Master. This ensures everyone receives adequate attention and has ample chances to participate.

For larger groups and corporate events, we can coordinate multiple Game Masters and split participants across several tables. Each group can embark on its own adventure, or the tables can be linked through a common theme or objective.

Sessions can be held at your office, event venue, retreat location, or online. Let us know your approximate group size and location, and we will assist in determining a suitable format.
