Organising a company activity involves finding something that caters to various personalities, experience levels, and interests. It also requires arranging the practical details without turning the activity itself into another project.
StoryForgers handles the game. We provide a professional Game Master, prepare the adventure, explain the rules, and supply the characters and materials needed for the session. You just need to provide the group and a suitable venue.

How does the booking process work?

We pair you up
We locate a professional Game Master whose style, experience, and availability suit your group. We then tailor the adventure to your group, event, and preferences.

Begin your adventure
Your Game Master will either come to your location or join you online with the story, characters, and game materials. Settle in, make your choices, and let the adventure begin.

Your colleagues embark on a self-contained D&D or tabletop RPG adventure led by a professional Game Master. Together, they navigate an unfamiliar scenario, encounter memorable characters, make choices, and see how their decisions shape the story.
We handle all the preparation, rules, characters, and game materials. Complete beginners are welcome, and participants don’t need to act, perform, or have any prior knowledge of tabletop games before the event.
The session can utilise one of our existing adventures, include minor adjustments for your occasion, or be tailored around a custom idea. We’ll discuss the format, additional preparation, and any associated costs with you beforehand.

A successful company event shouldn't rely on physical fitness, specialist knowledge, or being at ease performing in front of colleagues. During a tabletop RPG, everyone gathers around the same table and can contribute in their own way.
Some players enjoy speaking as their character, while others prefer solving puzzles, making plans, noticing clues, or simply describing their actions. Both approaches are equally valid. The Game Master outlines what’s important and keeps everyone engaged without putting anyone under unnecessary pressure.

Tailor it to the event
A tabletop adventure can be the highlight of a company outing, an evening event at an offsite, a departmental celebration, a festive occasion, or a creative element of a conference or company day.
You can choose from our existing D&D one-shot adventures, request a specific atmosphere, or ask us to weave in details related to your organisation or event. This could be a fantasy heist for a finance team, an expedition focused on innovation, or a narrative celebrating a significant company milestone.
Customisation can vary from a few familiar references to a completely original scenario. The game should still feel like an adventure rather than a corporate presentation, so we ensure that any business elements fit seamlessly into the story.
A single table or a complete company event
A tabletop RPG is typically most enjoyable with four to six players per Game Master, although one table can accommodate up to eight participants. This allows everyone ample opportunities to make choices and contribute to the adventure.
For larger corporate events, we can provide multiple Game Masters and split participants across several tables. Groups can engage in separate adventures or participate in sessions linked by a common theme or objective.
We can host games at your office, event venue, retreat location, or online. Let us know your expected group size and location, and we will assist in determining a suitable format. If collaboration and team dynamics are the primary focus of the event, consider our D&D team-building experience.
